About Noisy
“Iyasui” locates in the middle of residential area, so I need to cooperation to maintain quite environment.
Make sure your talking volume down.
No Party.
Please be careful about noise after 10 o’clock.
Maintain Clean
Guest cooperation is essential
in order to maintain a good condition room.
There is no washing machine installed to prevent noise.
No Smorking And No Any Pets
There are no exceptions.
Even Balconies, smoking is prohibited.
There is a fire alarm on the balcony, so
if you open flame or detect smoking, the alarm will go off.
Management of Your Valuables
Make sure guests close door and windows.
I will not be able to deal with theft during your stay,
so please take care of it yourself.
Lost Items
We cannot be responsible for any items lost inside the house. Please take proper care of your valuables. We will not enter the house during your stay. If you lose any valuables, please contact the host and then report the incident to the police. The police emergency number is 110.

In Japanese Government order to check your passport to prevent impersonation. We will thoroughly protect personal information.

I will check the room right after you leave to make sure no lost items.
